Ash Wednesday Service - Wednesday, February 18th, 7pm - Ash Wednesday is the historic church calendar day beginning the season of Lent. Lent is a season of preparation for Easter in which we we remember our frailty and need for a Savior. This contemplative service will focus us quietly and slowly, through prayer and praise, on our sin and Savior. We are shaping the evening of worship to intentionally help each of us step into Lent in mindful preparation, increasing our joy and celebration of the risen Savior this Easter.
