We want to be "On Mission" by going on short-term mission trips. We are so excited to have global mission partners in all different parts of the world. Our ministry partners are preaching a holistic gospel, planting churches, teaching financial responsiblity, and are making disciples among unreached groups and the poorest in their community.
Our prayer is to finance more projects who are gospel centered but are also meeting the needs of the local community. We want to finance the seed money for faith-based projects that will become financially self-sustaining.
Your participation in our short-term mission trips is critical in The Well becoming a globally focused church. By going on our short-term mission trips, you are able to serve with our ministry partners around the world, use the talents and gifts that God has provided you, and become an advocate for what God is doing around the world in and through our church.
Short-term Mission Trips Opportunities:
Ecuador
Lead: Ronald
Dates: January 31- February 12, 2025
Purpose: Share the gospel with unreached ethnic groups, provide spiritual and moral support to the Christians in the Amazon, train and equip leaders, and help with construction projects.Our homebase will be the city of Shell. The same city that Jim Elliot launched off to sharet the gospel in the Amazon. If you have not watched the movie “End of the Spear” or read “Through Gates of Splendor” please do so. If you like camping, hiking, adventure, and sharing the gospel this is your trip.
Kenya (Family trip, children over the age of 10) Lead: Courtney
Dates: April 10 to April 21, 2025
Purpose: To serve along nationals who are evangelizing, discipling, and church planting. To encourage local leaders and Christians. To witness how God is moving in this part of the world among the unreached people groups of Kenya. Provides a great opportunity for families who want to take an initial step into global missions.
Costa Rica (Student Ministry Trip, for High School students)

Dates: July 8-14, 2025
Purpose: To construct homes for a family in Costa Rica and work with unreached people groups in the rainforest. Provides a great opportunity for students who want to take an initial step into global missions.
Macedonia/Albania/Ukraine

Dates: September 24th to October 7th, 2025
Purpose: To serve along nationals who are evangelizing, discipling, and church planting. To encourage local leaders and Christians. To witness how God is moving in this part of the world among the unreached people groups of Macedonia and Kosovo.
The second of the trip is optional. It's our prayer to visit Ukraine again and see our brother and sister who are sharing the gospel in the frontline of the war.
