Grace and Grit for Moms | Saturday, September 5th @8am - Rest over Hurry. Join for a fellowship walk and a group discussion after.

Student Coffee Hours | Sunday, September 6th @10:15am - The NEW Student Space on the 2nd Floor. Hang out, connect, and grow together! This is a time to grab a drink, hang out with friends, get in the Word, and grow together. Students will have the opportunity to grow in leadership and friendship, take ownership, and encourage one another as they follow Jesus.

Men's Bonfire | Friday, September 11th @6pm - David Paschane's home - 10700 Harper Ave, Silver Spring, MD. This will be an opportunity for fellowship, real conversation, and an opportunity for men to gather around a bonfire. So bring a friend, a chair, a beverage of your choice, and maybe even a cigar to enjoy among the men at the Well. We will open with social time followed by a curated discussion around the fire.

Women's Book Club | Saturday, September 12th @6pm -The Aycock Residence, or join virtually - Connect over potluck appetizers/desserts and discuss the novel “Theo of Golden” by Allen Levi. Sign up here!

Membership Class | Sunday, September 13th @11am - If you are ready to take the next steps towards church membership, want to get a better sense of the history of the church and our theological stances, or want to know why church membership is important, this is the best place to do that. Church Camping Trip | Friday, September 18th to Sunday, September 20th - Join the Well at Camp Hemlock for our annual Church camping trip! These Are the Days: Embracing the Teen Years with Joy, Connection, and Purpose Thrive | Sunday, October 4th @9am in the Conference Room. When we think about the teen years, we often finish the phrase “these are the days…” with words like attitude, eye-rolling, peer pressure, social media, dating, and losing control. But what if we saw these years differently? The Bible gives us so much hope for adolescence. We don’t need to fear the teen years or simply try to survive them. We can embrace this season with joy, courage, and confidence in God. These are the days of opportunity—for deeper connection, heart-level discipleship, and preparing our kids for adulthood. All parents of preteens and teens are invited to join us for Sunday Thrive. Come be encouraged, gain practical insight, and discover the hope God offers parents through the teen years as we cling to the gospel and walk together in biblical community. Serve Saturday | Saturday, October 10th @10am at The Well. A special day when our church comes together to serve, give, and bless others in our community and beyond! We are partnering with several of our ministry teams who are serving both locally and globally. Let’s come together to serve, give, and reflect God’s love in tangible ways! Women's Pickleball & Plates | Saturday, October 10th @3pm - at The YMCA. Join the Women at The Well for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and connection! Whether you’re a seasoned player or have never picked up a paddle, come enjoy a relaxed pickleball lesson led by Bekah, followed by dinner together at Zinnia at 5:30 p.m. Come for pickle ball or just for dinner or stay for both!! Finance Thrive: Satisfied, Secure, and Free | October 18th - November 1st @9am in the Conference Room. Money conversations can feel vulnerable, but a biblical approach to finances can unlock peace and flexibility. Whether you are navigating student debt, managing a household budget, or planning for long-term retirement, this three-week class will equip you with a simple framework you can apply to any financial decision. Together, we will examine our financial habits through the lens of the gospel and our call to stewardship—deconstructing the cultural traps of consumerism and wealth accumulation in an open and encouraging environment. You will leave with a clear view of your current and future desired giving and saving rates and a vision for how financial flexibility can could lead to new opportunities to serve the kingdom. Cultivating Our Practice of Prayer Thrive | November 15th & 22nd @9am in the Conference Room. Prayer is one of God's greatest gifts to us, yet almost all of us struggle with it in some form or another. How do I pray? When do I pray? Why don't I make time to pray? Does God actually hear me? Over two Sundays together, we will explore Biblical foundations and patterns for prayer, with a goal of coming away encouraged with practical tips to help us more fully embrace and enjoy this gift. Lay Counseling Ministry at The Well - The Lay Counseling Ministry exists to support the spiritual growth and well-being of our church members and the community, with the ultimate goal of helping them become more conformed to the image of Christ.
