Men at the Well 
Vision
The Men at The Well Seek to build interchurch relationships across the community groups of The Well by Following Christ, Leading Like Christ, and Leading Others to Christ, together for the good of our families, and neighbors.
Biblical Manhood
We see manhood as the purposeful, beautiful, half of the recipient of God's cultural mandate for His creation and result of His sovereign will for creation. There is an intentionality, and a significance to biblical manhood. In a powerfully self-sacrificing way in the church and society, men love, lead, protect, defend and die to self for the sake of God's glory. (Gen 1, Gen 2, Eph 5, 1 Cor. 16).
Fellowship
The Men at the Well gather once a quarter for an activity together (educational or relational) to be shoulder to shoulder with brothers we may not have frequent contact with on Sundays.

Bonfire Night - April 11th starting at 6pm at David Paschane's - 10700 Harper Ave, Silver Spring. This will be an opportunity for fellowship, real conversation, and an opportunity for men to gather around a bonfire. So bring a friend, a chair, a beverage of your choice, and maybe even a cigar to enjoy among the men at the Well. We will open with social time followed by a curated discussion around the fire. - Men's Breakfast - May 16th, 7am at the church. Join us for a great breakfast, a time to hang with other men, and for a short talk from our own Ron Koehler followed by a discussion. It should be a fun and encouraging time.
