Children's Ministry Director
Jennifer grew up in Howard County, Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor's degree in Biology and went on to complete graduate coursework in the Immunology department at the University of Washington. While in Seattle, her passion for Jesus was ignited and fused with the passion she has always had for working with children.
After a year in the graduate program, she felt called to return to Maryland to begin living out these God-given passions. Some of the fun ways she has gotten to do this include teaching high school science in the private Christian school setting, teaching and writing curriculum for an after-school/summer program for latino elementary schoolers in inner-city Baltimore, and serving on staff in the children's ministry department at Grace Community Church in Fulton, MD.
Along the way, she picked up a pretty awesome husband, Josh. Together, they get the joy of raising their two little nuggets: Chinonso (Chino), and his little sister, Chiamara.
She is thrilled to be able to come alongside the families of The Well to help nuture a life-long, transformative faith in Jesus in the next generation.
